The facilities we managed include Security & ICT Controlled System, Wifi Internet Access Point, Community Access Web Portal, Water Filtration System, Periodic Preventive Maintenance, Game, Sports & Children Area, Fitness & Sauna Room, Management Office, Lobby, Concierge & Lounge Area, Vertical Transportation System, etc.

Apart from managing the facilities, we assist the developer to write up renovation guidelines and assist in provision of common facilities. We also provide services to Joint Management Bodies (JMB) & Management Corporation (MC) in their operation. The scope of services are include maintenance service of estate, administration and supervision of contracted services such as security, cleaning, landscaping, elevator maintenance services, fumigation and pets control. In order to make sure the board has sufficient fund to perform its operation, we do help them in financial services such as financial accounting & record keeping, cost and budgetary control, invoicing, fees collection and credit control. Besides, we also help in sourcing for service provider for ad-hoc service for maintenance and estate upgrading. We involve in management office administration and upkeep of all necessary documents and record. On top of that, we do conduct monthly meeting, Annual General Meeting (AGM) and Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) for the board and residents. To make sure everyone are living in harmony and peaceful environment, we also help to enforce the house rules to make sure every resident follows the house rules.
